 Chris Stapleton leads ACM nominations: 2018

Chris Stapleton,  who released his two albums last year, these were in top selling in that time, now he leads the Academy of Country Music Awards with eight  nominations.Let’s talk about his life, Stapleton moved to Nashville Tennessee where he started a career as a songwriter, contributing to the repertoire of a number of artistis. His music styles country, Southern rock and bluegrass. Soon he became the frontman for the bluegrass group The steeldrivers. After few years, he founded a Southern rock band called the Jompson Brothers.Traveller was his first solo album. This was great experience for him. Stapleton is a soul singer with baritone vocal range. He has received multiple awards and nominations. He is the recipient of five Grammy Awards. The singer – song writer leads eight  nominations for the 53rd Annual Academy of country Music awards has been announced Thursday morning (it means March 1) on CBS This Morning. His music is making a well deserved dent at country radio with “ Broken Halos”. On the Country Airplay Chart, that’s his highest rank there yet. The Academy of Country Music Awards is known to be one of country music’s biggest parties. Chris Stapleton appeared to be one of those overnight sensations. His goodwill bubbled to the surface in 2015, when he took home three major awards at the Country Music Association Awards. All these awards boosted his visibility, leading to four grammy nominations, including album of the year and his first major hit,” Nobody to Blame”. Suddenly, Stapleton was hot property, receiving four Grammy nominations a few weeks after the CMAs, and soon, all that acclaim turned into sales, with Traveller reaching number one on the U.S. From A Room was divided into two parts , with the first arriving in May 2017 and the second following later that year.
